We collect account registration information (name, email, company), usage data (API calls, dashboard interactions), grid telemetry you submit to the platform, and technical data (IP addresses, device identifiers, log data).
We use your information to provide and improve our Services, authenticate your identity, send service-related communications, generate aggregated model training insights (anonymized), and comply with legal obligations.
Your raw grid telemetry is processed solely to provide forecasting and optimization services. It is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We do not sell or share raw telemetry data with third parties.
Our federated learning architecture is designed so that your raw grid data never leaves your infrastructure. Only encrypted gradient updates are transmitted to our central model coordination servers.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Grid telemetry is retained for 24 months for model training purposes unless you request earlier deletion. Compliance report data is retained for 7 years as required by regulation.
GridMind AI operates globally. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States and other jurisdictions. We use standard contractual clauses for EU-US data transfers under GDPR.
