Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GridMind AI platform, APIs, and associated services ('Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

GridMind AI provides artificial intelligence software for energy grid optimization, demand forecasting, and compliance reporting. Our Services include REST APIs, dashboard interfaces, SDK libraries, and associated documentation.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes consistent with energy grid management and optimization. You may not attempt to reverse engineer our models, extract training data, or use the Services to develop competing AI systems.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all grid telemetry data you submit to the platform. GridMind AI retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our models, subject to our federated learning privacy architecture.

6. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise and Custom tier subscribers receive uptime SLA guarantees as specified in their subscription agreement. Developer tier access is provided without uptime guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

GridMind AI and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Services, including model architectures, inference systems, and software. Nothing in these Terms grants you any IP rights beyond the limited license to use the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridMind AI's liability for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breach, including violation of acceptable use policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
